A nationally recognized leader in the title insurance industry with more than 25 years in the business, Steven Napolitano is the founder of First Nationwide Title Agency. As President and CEO Steven provides the strategic and operational direction that has allowed the firm to grow to a roster of more than 75 employees that many consider to be the best in their respective areas of expertise. FNTA is comprised of seasoned underwriters, account executives, communications and support teams who serve major commercial real estate developers, landlords and institutional investors both domestically and globally.

Prior to founding FNTA, Steven was EVP of First American Title Insurance Company and Chairman of the company’s New York division where he oversaw more than 560 employees in 11 offices, growing the company and increasing revenues from $50 million to $250 million in less than a decade. He is largely credited for establishing First American as one of the top five ranking title insurance companies in the country.

A dedicated humanitarian Steven is active in philanthropy and charitable organizations. He has organized and sponsored events that have generated millions of dollars for 501c-3 non-profit organizations including (not limited to) March of Dimes, Friends of the Israeli Defense Forces, Big Brothers and Big Sisters and is a tremendous supporter of our armed forces, sitting on the board of the Museum of American Armor.

Steven resides on Long Island with his wife and their three children.
