Andrew Ruppert attended college in Austin Texas with over a decade in the Title Insurance industry. His experience includes working on both NY and National Residential and Commercial transactions. Notable transactions include a Hotel purchase in NYC for 330 million as well as the Purchase of an Office Building in Philadelphia, PA for 66 Million. Additionally, Andrew has worked on Construction projects, Solar Energy Leases as well as numerous mutli-site portfolio transactions both nationally and in New York.
Andrew is currently working on his certification with the American Land Title Association.
